- Mix up your yoga schedule. Do different kinds of yoga. Intensive yoga as well as stretch yoga.
- Go to professional yoga classes until you get the hang out of it. Don’t do it at home without any knowledge. Unless you want to fuck up your neck or something.
- Back stretches are the shit for your sex life. These improve the lungs massively and attract the chest. The bow pose, where you pull on your legs as you lay on your belly, proves to be the most effective pose. But It’s def not the easiest.
